File 0001— Sector Register · 08 Entries

Sectors

Every sector has a regulator. The serious operators know its name.

ARKA Worldwide Media accepts mandates in eight sectors. For each theatre below: what ARKA does there, which desks do it, and the rule we will not help you bend.

The Register

Each entry has four parts: what ARKA does in the theatre, the rule that governs it, what we will not do, and the desks that serve it.

Rules We Carry Into Every Sector

Six rules that do not change with the theatre. They apply on every mandate, whatever the sector.

  • Claims we can prove. If the paper does not exist, the claim does not run.

  • Paid partnerships are disclosed. Under ASCI's influencer guidelines and each platform's rules.

  • No fake reviews, followers or accounts.

  • Personal data by consent, for a stated purpose. Under a data processing agreement where we handle it.

  • The regulated part is done by the licensed professional.

  • One side per contest.

File 0004 · Licences // Who holds them

Who Does the Regulated Part

ARKA is a communications, advisory and operations firm. It holds no PSARA, MahaRERA, SEBI or other sector licence. Regulated work is delivered only through licensed or registered professionals, engaged for each mandate.

The rule notes on this page are orientation, not legal advice. Your counsel signs off regulated claims.

How regulated work is engaged

File 0005Deliverables

What You Receive

Whatever the sector, a mandate that puts work in public carries these three.

  1. A Rule Map

Before the first campaign: a one-page rule map for your sector. Who regulates you, what your advertising must carry, what it must not say. A working checklist, not a legal opinion.

  2. A Pre-Release Check

On every public asset, against that map, before it goes out.

  3. One Command

The desks named on your entry, under one command.

File 0006— Asked about sectors

Common Questions

Five questions on sectors, licences and conflicts. Ask anything else in a first message; it commits you to nothing.

Does ARKA work only in these eight sectors?

No. ARKA accepts mandates in these eight sectors and considers others case by case, through a custom mandate.

Is ARKA licensed in these sectors?

No. ARKA Worldwide Media LLP is a communications, advisory and operations firm and holds no sector licence. Protection, property transactions, legal and tax work are delivered only through licensed or registered professionals engaged for each mandate. ARKA takes no part in investment or insurance decisions; those stay with the client's own registered advisers.

Will ARKA tell us if a campaign idea breaks a rule?

Yes. ARKA checks every public asset against the rules of the client's sector before release and flags what it finds. That check is not legal advice; regulated claims are signed off by the client's counsel.

Does ARKA act for competitors in the same sector?

ARKA runs a conflict check before every engagement and declines opposing parties in the same market or contest.

Can ARKA name clients in my sector?

No. ARKA does not name clients publicly without their written permission. The case files on this site are illustrative composites.
