File 0001— Division ID: STRATEGY & VENTURE BUILDING

CB-06Clearance: LEVEL 5

The Cabinet

“Counsel that stays for the execution. We sit beside the founder until the plan runs on a Monday morning.”

Business advisory for founders and owner-led companies: strategy, operations, finance, brand and go-to-market, and ventures built from zero.

Protocol Briefing

Advice is cheap. Follow-through is the scarce asset.

The Cabinet is ARKA's business advisory desk. We work with founders and owner-led companies on five questions: where to compete, how the company runs, how the money moves, what the market should believe, and how to reach the buyer.

We do not hand over a deck and leave. We stay for the quarter it takes to make it true. The same house runs communications, reputation and field work, so the strategy and its telling come from one command.

“No recommendation leaves this desk without an owner, a date and a measure of done.”

The Problem, Structured

Before a plan, a diagnosis. We size the market, map the competition, test the business model and run a pre-mortem on the plan: what would have to be true, and what would kill it.

Operating Rhythm

A company is a set of habits. We write the core processes, the roles and handoffs, a scorecard and a meeting rhythm, so decisions stop living in one person's memory.

The Numbers

A twelve-month cash forecast, a budget, a linked financial model and the papers a board or a lender reads. Every figure is traced to a source file. If a number is missing, the paper says so.

Position and Narrative

What the market should believe, and why it should believe you. Positioning, identity and the launch story, built with Signal Corp so the strategy and its telling never drift apart.

Route to Market

One customer, one offer, one price, one way of reaching them. We find the path that repeats before anyone hires a sales team.

Venture Build

From a name on a page to a company that files on time: structure, roles, processes, systems, first hires, first customers. Formation and filings run through practising professionals engaged for the mandate.

Raise Readiness

We prepare a company to be examined: the funding route, a deck an investor can repeat after one read, a model with scenarios and checks, a data room. We do not sell securities and we do not promise capital.

Chief of Staff

A standing function beside the founder: priorities set, cadence kept, decisions logged, actions chased. The founder decides. The desk makes sure it happens.

File 0003Standing Seats

Who Sits At the Table

  1. Founders Before the First Sale

A plan, a product and no sales record yet. The work is one customer, one offer and one price, tested before anything is scaled.

  2. Owner-Led Companies

Companies that have outgrown their habits. The work is to move decisions out of one person's memory and into a rhythm the whole company keeps.

  3. New Markets, New Names

Businesses entering a new market or putting a new name on the door. The market is sized, the position is set, and the launch story is told the same way everywhere.

  4. Ventures From Zero

Built beside the founder from a name on a page: structure, roles, systems, first hires, first customers.

MethodStage reading

How We Read a Venture

We place a venture by what its sales records show, not by what its plan says. Then we name the one thing it has yet to prove, and set the quarter to prove it. Nothing from a later stage.

A single large contract is revenue. It is not yet a business.

Five measures, at every stage

  1. Cash and runway
  2. Conversion
  3. Cost of acquisition
  4. Margin
  5. Retention

File 0004Working Sequence

How It Runs

The founder decides. The desk frames the choice, writes the paper and, where the mandate says so, does the work.

  1. The Diagnostic

Before the first working session we write down what we already see, from desk research. You read it before we meet.

  2. The Kickoff

One session: the outcome, the business, the constraints, the plan and its dates, the working rhythm. Every action leaves with a name and a date. Notes follow.

  3. The Paper

The problem is structured, the options are set out, and one recommendation is made, with what would change our mind.

  4. The Build

We stay. Processes are written, numbers are modelled, the offer is taken to market. One named person on your side approves each piece of work.

  5. The Rhythm

A status note at an agreed weekly interval, a monthly review, a quarterly review. The founder decides. The desk makes sure it happens.

From first contact to exit, the full sequence has its own page.

The problem structured, the options, a recommendation, and what would change our mind.

  3. Business Model and Go-to-Market Plan

File 0008Asked and Answered

Common Questions

Is ARKA a consultancy or a communications firm?

ARKA Worldwide Media LLP is both, under one command. The Cabinet is its business advisory desk; the other desks handle communications, reputation, field operations, protection (only through PSARA-licensed agencies), real estate (transactions only through MahaRERA-registered agents) and family office coordination. The firm was formed in January 2026. The Principal's experience runs from 2008 and is set out on the About page.

About the Principal

Does ARKA give legal, tax or investment advice?

No. ARKA does not give legal, tax or investment advice and does not audit accounts. That work is done by advocates and chartered accountants engaged for the mandate; ARKA prepares the brief, coordinates them and follows through. Investment questions go to the client's own SEBI-registered adviser.

Can ARKA raise money for our company?

ARKA prepares a company for a raise: the funding route, the deck, the financial model, the data room and the questions an investor will ask. ARKA does not sell securities, does not promise introductions and does not guarantee funding or grants.

Will ARKA run the company for us?

No. ARKA does not run the company; the founder does. ARKA can provide a chief-of-staff function that sets the cadence, logs decisions and chases actions, within the authority written into the mandate.

How does ARKA charge for advisory work?

ARKA charges a retainer or a project fee for advisory work, agreed in writing before work starts. On venture-building mandates, part of the fee may be taken as equity in the venture or as a success fee; where it is, the terms are written into the mandate before work starts. Changes to scope are quoted before they are done. There is no rate card on this site.

What does ARKA need from us to begin?

ARKA needs one decision-maker, one day-to-day contact, your numbers and whatever earlier advisers produced. Access is granted through each platform's own invite to named people. ARKA does not ask for passwords.
