File 0001— Directives
Operational Standards
"We do not pitch. We evaluate."
ARKA Worldwide Media works to the eight standards below. They are principles; the working terms, step by step, are in How an Engagement Works. Integrity above all. Our work is the invisible architecture behind your success.
File 0002— The protocols
Confidentiality is non-negotiable. We do not name clients publicly without written permission, and we do not confirm or deny a client relationship unless the law requires it.
ACTIVEWe do not serve conflicting interests. Once retained, we decline all requests from the other side of your market or your contest.
ACTIVEIf a threat becomes physical, protection is delivered only by a PSARA-licensed partner agency that ARKA assigns to the mandate; the guarding contract is signed by that licence holder. ARKA's own part is planning, logistics, communications and protocol.
STANDBYWritten for crisis and campaign mandates. If the work departs from the strategy agreed in the mandate, we pause it at once and bring it back to you. Within the lines you pre-approve, you have hired us to fly the plane; outside them, the named person on your side decides.
PRIMEDFirst contact is by email. Once the NDA is signed, sensitive conversation moves to an end-to-end encrypted channel such as Signal. We do not use WhatsApp for sensitive data.
ENCRYPTEDWritten for crisis mandates. A crisis budget, the War Chest, and who may approve spend against it are agreed in the mandate before the first hour. Within it we commit resources without delay; anything beyond it is quoted before it is done.
ACTIVEWritten for crisis and campaign mandates. Within lines you pre-approve in the mandate, we act first and report at once. Everything else is approved by the one named person on your side.
REQUIREDYour secrets stay yours. Client data is encrypted in transit, access is strictly need-to-know, and retention is defined in your mandate.
LOCKEDThe Mandate
These protocols are ARKA’s standing principles. The working terms, from first contact to exit, are set out in How an Engagement Works; where the two differ, rely on that page, and your signed mandate overrides both. P-04 and P-07 are written for crisis and campaign mandates, and P-06 for crisis mandates; on advisory and Private Office mandates the founder or the family decides, and nothing is done without their approval. Nothing here binds you until you sign a mandate: the written agreement that sets out scope, fees, confidentiality and the authority you grant us. Sending an enquiry does not bind you to anything. It opens a confidential conversation.

Privacy Notice
This notice explains how ARKA Worldwide Media LLP handles personal data sent through this website, including the contact form, and in outline the data you share with us inside a mandate.
Last updated: October 2026
Who we are
ARKA Worldwide Media LLP (LLPIN ACU-7459), Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("ARKA", "we", "us"), a communications, advisory and operations firm, decides why and how personal data collected through this website is used. That makes us the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "controller" under the GDPR). Contact: office@arkaworldwide.media.
What the contact form collects
Your name (or alias), your email address and the message you write. If you email us instead of using the form, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and handle it in the same way and for the same period. Please don't include sensitive personal details in a first message. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and secure the site. Your sound on/off preference and a few short-lived markers (for example, that the intro has played and when you last sent the form) are stored only in your own browser and are never sent to us; the markers clear when you close the tab. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
Why we use it
Only to read and respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to set up and manage that engagement. We rely on the consent you give when you send the form. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
EmailJS, which relays the contact form to our inbox and keeps a copy of each message in our EmailJS account history; our email provider, which stores that correspondence; and Hostinger, which hosts this website, including its typefaces. Some of these providers may process data outside India.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not become an engagement, we keep it for one year from our last correspondence and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it earlier and we will, unless a law requires us to keep it. If you engage us, your mandate sets the period; accounting records are kept as tax and LLP law require.
Data handled inside a mandate
Personal data you share with us after a mandate begins, including details of family members or staff, is handled only for the purposes written in your mandate and non-disclosure agreement, on a need-to-know basis, and is deleted at the end of the retention period it sets. Where it concerns people other than you, you confirm that they have been told or have consented. Where it concerns a child, we act only on the instruction of a parent or guardian. Where we handle your customers' or members' data, we do so as your processor under a data processing agreement.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and the contact form is sent over an encrypted connection. Email is not end-to-end encrypted, so keep sensitive details for the secure channel we set up after first contact.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out. To use any of these rights, or to withdraw consent, email office@arkaworldwide.media with the subject "Privacy". One email is enough. If we don't resolve a grievance, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India or, where the GDPR applies, your local data protection authority.
Grievance contact
Grievance Officer: the Principal of ARKA Worldwide Media LLP (named on our About page). Email office@arkaworldwide.media with the subject "Privacy". We respond within one month.
Children
This website is for adults and the contact form is not meant for anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data through the site, tell us and we will delete it.
We will update this notice if our practices change, and the date above will change with it.
