The Notices
General information, not advice
This site describes ARKA Worldwide Media LLP and its work. It is general information. Nothing on it is legal, tax or investment advice; take advice on your own facts from a qualified professional.
No client relationship
Reading this site or sending an enquiry does not make you a client and commits neither you nor ARKA to a mandate. A client relationship begins only when a written mandate is signed. The steps are set out in How an Engagement Works. The Protocols state principles; where your signed mandate differs from this site, the mandate governs.
Papers and briefings
Papers and essays are prepared by ARKA’s desk from public sources, not by lawyers. Each is general information as of the date it was filed, and rules change, so check the current position before you rely on one. The rule notes on the Sectors page are orientation of the same kind. Short briefings describe how ARKA works in general terms. A paper or essay may be quoted with attribution to ARKA Worldwide Media and a link to its page. Send corrections to office@arkaworldwide.media with the subject Correction.

Client portal
The client portal on this site is a demonstration. It shows sample data only.
The career record
The experience, figures and career log on the About page are the Principal’s personal record since 2008. ARKA Worldwide Media LLP was formed on 27 January 2026, and nothing on this site describes work done by the LLP before that date.
Licences and regulated work
ARKA holds no professional or sector licence, gives no legal, tax or investment advice, and does not manage or take custody of client money. Protection is delivered only by a PSARA-licensed partner agency that ARKA assigns to the mandate; the guarding contract is signed by that licence holder. Property transactions are handled only by a MahaRERA-registered agent that ARKA assigns to the mandate. Advocates and chartered accountants are engaged by you directly or through ARKA, as the mandate sets out.
Personal data
What the contact form collects, why, for how long, and your rights are in the Privacy Notice. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

Accessibility Note
Keyboard
The site is built to be used with a keyboard. The first stop on every page is a “Skip to content” link, and the protocol pop-ups keep the keyboard inside them and close with Escape.
Motion
If your device is set to reduce motion, the intro animation is skipped and page movement is stilled. The moving status strip at the foot of the page has its own pause button.
Sound
Interface sounds are off until you switch them on with the audio button in the header or the footer.
Known limits
Without the reduce-motion setting, the intro animation plays for about two seconds on a first visit and cannot be skipped. The eight protocols open as pop-ups, not as pages of their own.
